Today at preschool and soccer the boys dressed up as superheros before soccer time so we played superhero soccer! Katherine's house is a boy toy wonderland and her superhero costume collection casts a huge shadow over our meager collection! My sons love it at Katherine's house. The above photo is TMac playing soccer as the golden Power Ranger. I made the mistake of congratulating another boy S on making a goal and he said, "No, I'm Optimus Prime! Optimus Prime made the goal!" Good times with creative boys.
The lone superherione. Poor I - she is always the only girl at preschool but she handles the boys well and is always willing to share her snacks with Tot the thief. She is so pretty.
Sharing grapes with the dog.
Superheroes work so hard that sometimes they get tired and have to throw a fit. When Tot starts a fit he likes to go straight from a standing position to a full out belly flop which makes a loud noise and can't be easy on his body. He doesn't melt down like most kids. When he started a fit today in costume the sudden action made the cape flare out and then float down which was hilarious but I didn't have my camera on me the first time so I had to purposely annoy him to try and get him to start another fit which he was more than willing to oblige me with. Too funny! I should have taken some video.
TMac is serious about his superhero poses.
Not anywhere in the world is there a more ripped, muscular 2 year old!
Tracy, Amber, TMac and Tot - We love to travel all over Southern California and Western Arizona and we really enjoy playing at our spot on the Colorado River in Blythe, CA. We also visit Parker and Lake Havasu, AZ while at the river. Most of our pictures will be of us hanging out with family and friends at the river, Disneyland, Sea World, beach, parties and activities because we LOVE to PLAY!
Tracy keeps busy working every minute that isn't Sunday and we appreciate his awesome work ethic! He is a contractor/plumber and runs a company with his brother. When he gets precious free time you can find him with the family on a boat, jet ski or playing with his guns. While doing paperwork at home he likes to watch old Western movies. He also volunteers as a leader in our church's local Cub Scout troop. He can fix absolutely anything which is a huge blessing. He can also find anything anyone would be looking for and he gets calls all of the time from family and friends asking where to find things or how to get them fixed.
Amber is a former elementary school teacher who loves being the stay at home, lazy CEO of our family. She hardly ever deserves free time because she procrastinates all of her home chores but she does enjoy taking the boys on outings, trips and play dates all over the West coast, keeping in touch with friends and family via phone and email, reading books, taking tons of photos and scrapbooking. She also works with the local Cub Scouts. She used to be great at playing the flute, piano, singing and speaking Spanish but she really needs to practice!
